So I have question regarding the a katara

So the new Katara that pops an ally's ability again. Does this include creator swing abilities, planeswalkers walkers abilities and abilities when a creator enters?I know it seems like it would but because it says ally I'm not entirely sure what it pop a second time or what it wont. If works they way I think ima add it to a hydra/eldrazi mill deck I made. If not then cool.
