Coaching Young Kids

I’m in desperate need of tips. I am a new coach teaching a preschool class with ages ranging from 4-8. I started it yesterday, and It wasn’t and at all, but there are always a few distracted kids who don’t like to listen.

I try my best, but it seems like they don’t take me seriously. Maybe it’s because I started yesterday, but I’d still like tips going forward on how to deal with mean/distracted/tired kids who don’t feel like listenin
