First car at 18, socal

Recently i bought a 2018 honda accord 2.0t, had to return it after a day due to finding out it had a non reported crash, so now i’m trying to decide on another car, i liked this car due to the comfy ride and want something thats similar to this one, but my current budget is 15k, i liked the 2011 mercedes c300, i want some recommendations, i would prefer but not required low cabin noise and a smooth ride
