the last name theory

everyone knows sir louie pastel, but little is known about where the name pastel comes from. I know what you’re thinking “it’s his artist name” “it’s his last name” “you’re overthinking this” no. You are wrong.

My theorem is that the last name Pastel is in fact not a last name as The Paris Texas would like to have you belive. In fact, Pastel is more of a metaphorical title. I believe he earned the title when he attained the “Pastel Blade” a short dagger, which gives the user the ability to see into the next layer of reality, while also giving delusions of grandeur. Many scholars believe he earned this mystical Pastel Blade by slaying a small dragon with an axe, the dragon would be about 4.5 feet long, wing only about half a foot and it incapable of flight, or breathing fire.

On the other side of the Dynamic Duo™ is Felix, while you may be thinking that he also came without a last name, it is in fact quite the opposite. as hypothesized by American Dad, one can actually kill their own last name. (example linked in comments)

While not much is known about how Felix may have killed his own last name, I personally wouldn’t hold my breath for it to be mentioned in the music. It’s a very personal thing that if touched on I believe would be when they branch out to other creative mediums. If this is true it would most likely be in the rumored “Paris Texas: The Movie: The Video Game” (the movie about them that comes out later not the other Paris Texas)
