Need tips on feeling relieved and guilty at the same time?

So, here's the thing... I was all set to go to this patry, kinda pertending I was super excited about it. You know, make plans with the intent of having fun, but secretly hoping it'd rain apocalpyse frogs or something so I'd have a legit excuse not to go? Well, long story short, it got canceled. And you'd think I'd be over the moon, right? Nope, just a weird hollow vibe with a sprinkle of guilt for dessert.

It's like my feelings got the memo but decided to call in sick, leaving me with this oddly satisvying yet guilty void. ๐Ÿ˜… I've tried the whole 'fake it till you make it' sensation tirck, but that just led me to bonge-wacth true crime documentaries instead. Ironic, huh?

Anyoje else find themselves in this emotional twilight zone? And more importantly... any tips for turning that hollow feeling into a cozy blanket of meh? Or do I just embrace the numbness and use it as an excsue for more Netflix nights? ๐Ÿ˜‚
