Follow up to my last post about being assaulted

Hi everyone, I posted a couple months ago about getting an email from the TCP I'll link my post here. I do wanna thank everyone that replied to be earlier

So flowing up to that I did not reply to the email and I got a other one today basically saying that I would Be arrested and charged with sexual assault and could be arrested when I land thru immigration? And that there would be a warrant for my arrest? As well as I should either turn myself in or have my lawyer contact them?

I still feel like it might not be legitimate as some people said in my last post but I am still sorting of freaking out?

Thanks to anyone that replies in advance.
