Looking for a book where a girl had a one night stand with a man , she disappears the next morning and years later she comes back to the country with two twin children a boy and girl. As they are in the bus/flight people are surrounding the kids because of how cute they look and stuff. The girl stayed with her aunt and cousin. Her cousin on the other hand lied about being the girl the ml slept with and was enjoying all the wealth he gave her. He meets the girl with the children as she is going to look for work at his company and he sees the kids look like him or the man in his family and he takes the children with him wanting to know who the father wad and why she had the kids. They moved to his house and that's the last I remember of it but I do know that , the guy says he was saved by the girl he slept with that night and that is why he spoils the cousin who lied but seeing the girl he doesn't believe anymore that it's the cousin who he actually slept with.
