issues after sex?

so I'm just kind of going to jump to the point; im having some issues after I've had sex, and this is maybe the third or forth time I've ended up like this.

I had sex yesterday, it isn't my first time, I have sex almost daily, and it wasn't rough. I have a lot of pain in my abdomen to the point I dont want to move and I'm having a lot of difficulty peeing when I really really need to (its just coming out like a little dribble for a few seconds then stopping). I've also noticed some blood each time this has happened despite not being on my period. I tried heating pad, I tried warm soak, I tried warm soak with epsom salt- you name it.

my best friend brought me to the emergency room last year because I was having these horrible pains before and he thought my appendix ruptured. the hospital told me "Oh well maybe you're just constipated" and sent me off after seeing it wasn't my appendix.

I'm not constipated. I had no trouble shitting before and I didn't have trouble with the restroom yesterday or this morning.

I'm just wondering if this can be normal sometimes? its starting to worry my best friend and i'm starting to wonder if I should start worrying too.
