Is this transfer window too tight? Sydney to BLR (Intl) → BLR to Mangalore (Domestic IndiGo)

Hi all,
I’ve got the following flights booked for tomorrow:

• Qantas QF 67: Sydney to Bengaluru ⏰ Arrival: 4:35 PM (Intl terminal)
• IndiGo 6E 6162: Bengaluru to Mangalore ⏰ Departure: 7:00 PM 🕒 Gap: 2 hrs 25 min between landing and next take-off

Both are separate bookings. I’m an Indian citizen (OCI not relevant). I’ll have to:

• Go through immigration
• Collect checked baggage
• Recheck-in at the domestic terminal (T1 IndiGo)

I’m wondering:
🔹 Is this cutting it too close?
🔹 Should I book the 9:00 PM BLR–IXE flight as a backup?
🔹 How long does it typically take at BLR for intl-to-domestic transfers these days?

Would really appreciate advice from folks who’ve done this transfer recently. Thanks!
