My older single neighbour checks out my bulge

I 28M live next door to a woman in her early 50s. She's kind and friendly, a good neighbour all around. My wife and I have a suspicion she has maybe heard us having sex on occasion. Our rooms are side by side and we can get a little loud. When I have interactions with my neighbour with my wife she seems less talkative. However when I just speak she becomes more alive it would seem. The other week I was out doing yard work in a pair of grey sweats and no underwear. It's comfortable I find and I often am like that around the yard. I was doing something at the back of our fence when my neighbour appeared. We started talking through the fence and as our conversation began to wrap up, I caught her look down and stare at my bulge. I'm above average, 4" long by 4.5" thick soft so It's somewhat noticeable I suppose but I definitely caught her having a good look. She became awkward afterwards and we finished speaking. I just now had another interaction with her, in the same pants. She was more subtle but I kept seeing her eyes move down towards my pants. My wife finds it funny and teases me that the neighbour has a crush on me. It's definitely good for the old ego I'll say.
