I owe 176.35 in overdue gym membership fees but I’m a minor & was with my friend who’s 19 paid & signed for me as a adult, is this my debt or his?

So basically my friend had paid for & signed for me as a adult when I made a gym membership, I’m a minor (17) so when I did the membership there, I needed him to sign for me as a adult & the payment method was his. Everything else is in my name tho, I do remembering needing to sign something but I don’t know if that even matters as I’m a minor & I can’t sign contracts.
