Gifting stock or tuned cars?

Just looking for some opinions here: I'm a somewhat seasoned FH5 player and have a few duplicates that I'm gifting away (and I'm still annoyed that I can not gift multiple cars at the same time, but I digress....).

To all the other veterans here: When gifting cars, do you go for just the stock car or do you add in the occasional tuned car? Or do you go out of your way, spend a few couple bucks on the test track and then gift the car?
