Message from Gift Express

I got this email from gift express, is this normal/a scam?

"This email is to notify you that your order is currently on hold because Our Fraud Solution Software has flagged this order. We would like to confirm the order details and make sure that you are the authorized user of the credit/debit card. Please give us a call at 1-844-800-6161 or email us at csr@giftexpress.com.

The order may be subject to cancellation if we do not hear from you within 48 hours."

I remember seeing them as a trusted site here should I be concerned ?
