Best flash card or workbook set for teaching phonics?

My 5 yo is good at sounding out letters but hasn’t grasped the idea that letters together make the same sound. Like qu- or co- … I understand these are phonics so I’d like to start practicing those with them. Any recs for some good tools to help?
