How Do I configure Intelligent Document Reader?

I already set up the AWS Account , set up Identity and Access Management (IAM) user and assigned Amazon Textract permissions. I created a named credential for external credential in Salesforce org. However, when I try to find the Intelligent Document Reader in Setup>Quick Find, I'm not able to find it.
