Drinking Alcohol with Hashimotos

My doctor says I'm in the early stages and have a genetic predisposition. My TSH is 5.2, my anti-TPO is 8.7, my T3 and anti-TG are normal, and my T4 is high.

The ultrasound revealed heterogeneous(?) and showed a minimal increase in vascularization.

My doctor didn't prescribe any medication. I've been eating really healthy for the past 4-5 days and am willing to do anything to prevent it from getting worse. However, I'm worried about drinking alcohol. Many people say their symptoms worsen over the course of 2-3 days. I'm not worried about the symptoms themselves, but I'm worried that if I overdo it, it will get worse. My thyroid doctor also says it disrupts my blood sugar levels. I don't have insulin resistance, but I have a predisposition to it. Experiencing a little reactive hypoglicemia

Do you drink alcohol? Frankly, I was already experiencing the mild symptoms I'm experiencing now two months ago, and there hasn't been any change since then. When I drinking two months ago, it didn't affect me much.

I'm curious about your opinions and experiences. I regret not having thought to ask my doctor if I could drink alcohol.
