How likely am I to get endorsed for global talent visa?

I currently work as a Product Manager on a skilled worker visa and co-host a tech podcast that amplifies diverse voices in tech. Only launched this podcast last year and usually have a couple hundred views, nothing massive, and we are not making money from it. I am looking to put in an application for exceptional promise with tech nation.How likely am I to get endorsed so I can apply for the visa ? What should I consider? What can I use as evidences?
