[TOMT]: Song/music video request. Mid-late 1990s

Hi, something that’s bugged me since I was a kid and I’ve never found the answer. I’m hoping I can find it here.

When I was a teenager in the mid to late 90s, living in the UK, the Euro dance and trance trend was on the up and up. At one point, I remember seeing a music video that I enjoyed but never found out the name of. I’ve never really seen nor heard of it since maybe 1999? Anyway, all I remember was it may have been a French (but defo European) dance group, the hook was very piano based. The part of the music video that stuck out was a group of people escaping an American open top car in the desert in slow motion before it exploded.

That’s it. That’s all I have. Thank you in advance if you know what I’m talking about.
