Applying to nursing program

Hi, I'm wrapping up my final pre req, I have taken my teas. Silly to ask but I want all my t's crossed and I's dotted lol. I am attending the Dale Mabry info session 8/4 but can someone let me know a clear list that I need to apply.

1. Prereqs ✅
2. Teas with 60 or above (72) ✅

What else would I need 😩😩 I just want to make sure I have everything
