2bhk in brigade el dorado, anyone have flat there?

I am buying 2bhk -975 sq.ft in brigade eldorado, how is the society and appreciation in coming years.

I can live there as wfh till 2028 then thinking for giving it on rent.

Any one living there or bought let me know your thoughts or if you rejected this society then what was the reason
