Twitch Linking and Twitch Drop

So how do I go about this?

I have a character in both HMT and SEA server. The same name. However, my progression is in SEA server. Now, I want to link my twitch account but this is what shows up. I can't identify which is which.

P.S.: Unlinking/re-linking of twitch account is impossible to do for WuWa. Meaning, I only have one chance to link this to my twitch account. No, I do not want to make a new twitch account.
