Kratom withdrawal and Premature Ejaculation.

I'm going to approach a topic that I don't see much of on here and talk about it openly and graphically. So if you don't want to read on feel free but this is my experience so far. I'm only on Day 10 of my quit, but I'm feeling much better already. I'm not sleeping properly still, only about 3 hours a night, ive got a constant blocked/snotty nose and my legs get restless here and there. But compared to a week ago it's manageable. However, the new symptoms that has come up is Premature Ejaculation (PE).

When I was on Kratom I was lasting a really decent amount of time and I thought this was normal because I was lasting about the same before I was on it. I could go anywhere from 15-45 minutes with my wofe depending on the mood etc. However, we went to have sex 2 nights ago and I think I lasted all of 30 seconds. Everything was hyper sensitive, everything felt like it was for the first time, the slightest movement got me on edge and yeah, didn't last long at all. Then last night I went straight to bed as I was tired and during the night I had 2 wet dreams! I'm a 38 year old man, not some teenager going through puberty! But it happened anyway.

So I was wondering, have any of you other guys (or girls with different circumstances) experienced the same thing? How long did it last? Did you get medication to help? What did you do to prevent it?

Luckily my wife is incredibly understanding and isn't bothered by it. But for me I want to understand why and how to deal with it.
