Gage vs. Fairview residence

I finally got my room assignment to fairview, I have the large room in a four bedroom suite. However, I have heard about bugs, mice, and lots of parties at fairview.

I found someone to switch with at gage for a 6 bedroom suite if I want but having a large room would be nice.

So what are the opinions is there one that is better than the other?
