1 B from a long time ago, should I talk about it?

Hello everyone, I am applying to CS and want to go to Berkeley...do you think I should write in the additional comments clarifying a B from a dual enrollment HS-CC class I took in 10th grade which shows up on my transcript / gpa. After entering CC (after 12th), I've gotten all As, but my gpa is slightly affected by this B, and I have a 3.95 bc of it. Please lmk, thanks.
