How to quickly remove personnal data without formatting ?

Hello everyone, I'm giving away my PC to my sister (she'll mainly use it for game, drawing and watching videos) I want to erase all history/password etc ... But not the app and games alrealy installed, is there a quick and safe way to do so or should I do it manually ?
