Trademe sucks! impossible to contact!

Purposely near impossible to reach out or contact trademe for support. Have to use a drop down box of items that in no way relate to my query and have to attach a file (I do not have one). They are happy to take commission $ but not happy to provide support. In short, I purchased an item I never received using ping - no item no contact from seller. I go into items won to file dispute but for some reason my won list has disappeared completely! I did use the irrelevant drop down boxes and added a comment but still haven’t had a response. Im more and more going off trademe just a shame as I don’t like using marketplace 😫
