Obstructed ba view ng 104/117 first row sa Araneta?

Hello! Would just like to ask if obstucted ba view sa first row ng 104/117 yung railings/tech booth? Saw photos online rin na may camera men with big cameras sa tech booth. Would it be better to choose a higher seat (e.g. 2-3 rows from front)? Also additional question sana hehe saan yung nearest CR na pwedeng puntahan mid-concert? Thank you in advance!
