Question as a previous veteran who lost their account

I've been playing Neural Cloud since release, but I was an avid Facebook account binder and wasn't there on time (busy with real life) when they reminded Professors to bind their accounts with a Sunborn ID, so in the end I lost my account and progress.

I've decided to start again today since I find myself to be more free than the past few months, and the game seems to be in a dead week mode. Is there any upcoming events?

At the same time, I was wondering if I still can get free Persicaria fragments like the way they gave them away during the game's launch. But that's unlikely and no longer available isn't it? Thank you in advance.
