Why was form 8937 deleted from original link on gamestop website?

Form 8937 (Rev. December 2017)

This used to be the original link that I have had saved in my toolbar under favourites.

Now I notice the link leaves to nowhere.

If we check the link on WayBackMachine:
https://web.archive.org/web/20241115133657/https://news.gamestop.com/static-files/1764b8e4-0e1d-41a6-b502-8c5ab7604dc8/

We can see its a filled out form that explains it was split 4 to 1 distributed as stock dividend.

Anyone knows as to why was this removed from the website?
