Old world arboreal suggestions

:casual: Conversation

Seriously thinking about getting an old world arboreal tarantula, not sure what options would be decent for me. For context I’ve been keeping tarantulas for less than a year. Currently under my belt is A. avicularia, B. boehmei, C. elegans, pseudhapalopus sp purple and gold dwarf, c. Longipes, m. balfouri, H. gabonensis. All the old worlds are 2” or under as well as the elegans. I use a still air box and gloves when rehousing or doing deeper maintenance for all my tarantulas (thick working gloves for the OW even though I don’t think they could do much right now). I would really rather not have an OW arboreal where I should use those for something super simple like feeding and water I really enjoy being able to see my tarantulas with relative consistency, but I do have fossorial species so that’s obviously not a deal breaker lol. I’ve got some health issues as well as cats so preferably nothing more dangerous than the c. longipes I have (so far she’s a sweety but my God does she make me worried).

The Phormingochilus everetti and hati-hati seem promising? But not seeing a lot on people’s experiences with them
