Has anyone gotten an MRI? What does it look like?

Question

So I’m a chronic costo sufferer. It started when I was 17 and it’s been over a decade of painful spots around my ribcage that are “dormant” unless touched or that flare up after random moments (I still haven’t found what exactly triggers it, all I know is push-ups are one of them). However I just realized I never got an MRI done for this. My relative just touched my rib as I was showing her where it hurts and they noticed that it felt a little inflamed. I’ve gotten multiple X-rays done and nothing, small area ultrasounds, and nobody has mentioned anything about my ribcage. I’m wondering if something appears in an MRI? Has anyone gotten one? What comes up for you guys?

For context, my pain is typically right where the sternum meets the ribcage (like bottom left) and always on my left side. I feel it in my scapula area on my back and where the ribs meet my spine. I also feel it on my sides and sort of near the armpits. My pec has also been getting tight easily and my shoulder. Sometimes I think it even radiates to my left side of neck and jaw. Again all of this is the left side…but my heart has always been fine so I’ve given up worrying about that thankfully.
