Need Career Advice: Navigating Stressful Banking Job with a Diverse Background

Hi everyone,

I'm at a career crossroads and could really use some advice on where to go next. Here's my journey so far:

Worked in TCS: Gained valuable experience and honed my tech skills. Business Analyst: Delved into data and solution-oriented roles, solidifying my analytical prowess. Assistant Professor: Enjoyed imparting knowledge and found a passion for teaching. Banking (Current); Working in a PSU bank, but finding the stress levels unwarranted and challenging.

Qualifications: BTech and MBA in Marketing and Finance.

Skills and Strengths: Solution-oriented mindset. Proficient in Excel. Resilient under pressure.

Current Situation: Despite my adaptability and skills, I'm finding the banking sector stressful for reasons that seem avoidable.

Seeking Advice On:

  1. Career Paths: What roles or industries could benefit from my diverse background and skills?
  2. Stress Management: Tips for handling stress or transitioning smoothly out of a high-stress role.
  3. Leveraging My Skills: How to effectively market my combination of tech, analytical, and teaching experience.

Appreciate any leads or suggestions to transition my career.
