Alolan Sandslash Trick Room Viable ?

Hi everyone , So i have this question regarding my favorite pokemon of all time Alolan Sandslash. I am playing in Scarlet and was breeding now for over a week trying to get a shiny one with good IV's. The plan was to use him in snow with Slush Rush to double its speed. Now the problem is my shiny one hatched with 5max IV and a 0 IV in Speed. I know its base speed is 65 wich is a bit high for trick room but still would it be possible to use him there somewhat effectivly or not at all ?
