110k with a tier 3 builder as contract admin but couple of Saturdays

Contemplating whether to take an offer with a tier 3 builder for 110k as a CA in South Australia. But I am 3 years out if uni and unsure whether it makes sense to take it or not as CA. Is this industry ever going to get better or should I try and go client side.
