Returning to the FGC what game should I dive back in with?

Mainly an FPS Halo head but my gaming roots from the 90s primarily fighting games have pulled me back in. And seeing as Steam is having a pretty big FG sale. I’d like to dip back into it. Been playing some platform fighters a bit but want to really get back into some traditional FG vibes. Which one should I go with?

Ultra SF 4? SF 5 Champion edition? Ultimate v Capcom 3?

any suggestions welcome. Just trying to catch the best “comeback game” for myself, for the best price. Thanks in advance, yall 🫡
