Stuck , Please help with a reply

First of all sorry for post in this community. Due to low marks in net , I can’t made it to Nust for bsai. Now i get selected in Nutech for Bsai. Also there is a chance to be selected in Air university for same degree. Now i am confused here, what to do? Which uni is better air or nutech wrt faculty, students and environment?
