IT Career - Australia (Entry-Level)

I'm currently studying a diploma of IT and looking at my options once I finish to do further study and in the mean time I'm looking for work in the field.

What roles should I be looking for?

I don't have any experience in the industry and my knowledge is limited. I game and I run self-hosted game servers so beyond the technical requirements of that. This is a huge career shift for me and I am really unsure where to start, appreciate any help :)
