I’m afraid I’m stuck in my marital home due to the real estate market

I want to move on with my life but the market sucks. We list next week. Divorce should be final in the next 2 weeks. I don’t want to be in this home, in this suburb. I just want a new chapter and hate that I didn’t leave him sooner. I am happy to be free from my awful marriage. How do I do this long term if I have to?
