Anyone from Delhi Traffic Police here?

Went for my US Visa appointment yesterday and since there is no car park there, I went to the nearest NDMC parking which was also full, so I went on one of the roads and there was a police booth. There on the police booth, I asked the traffic policeman there about some place to which he clearly first said that go to the parking and I mentioned them that it is full. He said go ahead and park anywhere on the road. When I returned from my visa appointment, he had tire locks on my car. First he acted around like he just permitted to park for 10 min and not for the whole day and so. Then bought up the challan machine and added no parking and disobeying as well totaling 2.5k. The tow guy was standing nearby and asked ‘Nahi bharna kya’, and of course why not, and then the whole shenanigan, and finally I peft after paying 500.

I wouldn’t have parked in the first place if I had known. Any way I can raise an anonymous complaint?
