Large reduction Mexico

Hi! Anyone ever traveled for dr Israel Villalobos in Mexico ? Need very large breast reduction at least 8 cup sizes down (k cup now US size) and keep being sent to him but I can’t seem to find reviews anywhere! He seemed ok on zoom consult but not sure if he can do such a big one… he definitely said he did it once but is that enough to trust him with such a big case?
