Terbinafine didn’t work now what?

I have had fungus on my fingernails (4 of them) and 1 of my toenails for like 2 years now. I’ve been on terbafine since February and no results. What is the next step? Should I get off it since it’s not working? What other medicine can I try? Itraconzale? Please share your experiences
