Family member arrested and on bail, has to attend a police interview this evening. (Northern Ireland)

Northern Ireland

Going to try and leave emotions out of this and keep it as simple as possible.

Yesterday my family member was arrested and the police have given her a bail notice, where the offences committed are noted as common assault, possession of a weapon, and threats to kill.

She has to attend the police station at 7PM this evening. I have already told her not to open her mouth until a solicitor arrives and to stick to the facts. Not to go into detail, but allegedly there is video evidence.

Should I be preparing myself for her to be charged? What is likely to happen next?
