Vouchers for restaurants or Hotels

Hi guys so my boss’s birthday is coming up and i wanted to ask here if there is any restaurants or hotels that sells vouchers which can be used in a specific timeframe (example, whole month of Aug). Basically the plan is to purchase the voucher and let her use it at the hotel or restaurant within this month. If she exceeds the gift amount she can topup herself. Any suggestion would be awesome. Thanks!

FYI shes a muslim lady. So the restaurant needs to be halal. Can be a hotel based restaurant too.
