Getting married as a tourist

Just a question regarding the marriage process.

I will be getting married to my soon-to-be husband in December in Abu Dhabi. Neither of us are residents in the UAE. I am a British citizen, and my partner is living in Ireland and is a foreign national.

We are wondering what the process of getting an Islamic marriage in the UAE is, as we both are not residents. His family live in UAE (parents and siblings).

It is possible to get an officiant (mazoon) to perform the Islamic marriage if we are not residents? If so, does anyone know if we have to register online or anything like that?
