Legendary Mode bug?

I finished the Edge of Fate campaign on a legendary with my second character last night, but at the end of the campaign I didn't get the exotic. Is this a known issue, or did I miss something? I had played some of the campaign solo and some with friends, so maybe something happened there. Is there a way to check which encounters were completed on Legendary? Thanks in advance!
