Help deciding to float or feeze

I got IISER Bhopal in the second counselling round.

The next preferences are Kolkata and Pune(most probably not possible).

Most probably, I’ll land on Kolkata if I continue to further rounds.

Now which one would be better in terms of

• faculty, especially in Physics.

• campus quality and facilities.

• lab quality.

• overall academics.

• crowd quality.

• campus/city life, since I’ll have to live there for 4 years and it’s a long time.

I as of now am sorta leaned towards Bhopal because

• it’s closer to me, in fact the closest IISER(maybe mohali will be equivalent if not less)

• triple room sharing in Kolkata isn’t very attractive to me(sorta dumb reason ik).
