signed cds in target?

I've a friend that lives in the US and is coming to visit next month, I want to get the wishbone signed cd and I don't know if the signed version will be available in target or barnes and nobles (idk the name so forgive me if its wrong), so do I ask her to wait for the drop and get it from the store or pre-order it online from Conan's website? I really hope signed stuff is available in-store aswell:/
