Stuck lug nuts

Im trying to remove my wheel so that I can get a nail removed and holed plugged.

I have sprayed penetrating oil and am using a corded 1/2 impact wrench but cant get them off.

How long can I just hold the wrench there? Will this be beneficial at all?
