Help choosing motherboard

I'm building a pc with an rtx 4070 and a ryzen 7800x3d and 32 gb of ddr5 ram. What would be a good motherboard for the build? I am looking to transfer my old disks to the new build if that changes anything, an ssd and 2 hdds. And how much wattage would the power supply need?
