First dose today done

I, I've been stalking this subreddit for a while now. Finally bit the bullet and have gone for it. I have one 2. 5mg pen and a 5mg pen.

First dose has just gone in. I have to admit I'm quite proud / relieved. I'm a little needle phobic, so I've impressed myself that I managed it.

I had to check it was in, I didn't feel a thing!

Hoping to get some good habits, lose some weight be and be a bit more body confident.
